Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Imagi-lite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
Description of Service
Imagi-lite is a mobile application that provides AI-powered photo editing services. Users can upload photos and use text prompts to edit and transform their images using artificial intelligence technology.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Credits and Payments
- The App uses a credit-based system for photo editing
- Credits can be purchased through Google Play
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are tied to your account or device and cannot be transferred
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload or process illegal content
- Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
- Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Create harmful, abusive, or hateful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of photos you upload
- You retain ownership of edited photos generated by the App
- You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for providing the editing service
- You represent that you have the right to upload and edit any photos you submit
Intellectual Property
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Imagi-lite and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results from AI editing will meet your expectations
- Any defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagi-lite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will cease immediately
- Unused credits will be forfeited
- We may delete your account data
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
